Joey Mendoza is a lawyer and a development professional with over 25 years of management and consulting experience with various non-profit organizations, donor institutions and government agencies. He has specialized in the fields of human rights, access to justice, law and justice policy, alternative law, governance and housing and resettlement rights. In these fields, Joey has been involved in policy reform and advocacy and legal advice and analysis. He has served in top management and technical positions for various development organizations and donor-funded projects, including ADB, World Bank, the European Union, AusAid/DFAT, CIDA and UNDP, among others. He earned his law degree from the Ateneo Law School and is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
